How to Schedule TikTok Posts From Your Phone or Laptop

Scheduling · 2026-10-27 · 5 min read

Posting on TikTok every day is hard when you also run a shop. Here is how to prepare videos in one sitting, choose good times, and schedule TikTok posts so they publish on their own.

Why sellers schedule TikTok posts

Most sellers know the feeling. You promised yourself one TikTok video a day, then orders came in, a supplier called, and the evening was gone before you could post. The next day you post twice to catch up, then nothing for three days. Your followers see a shop that appears and disappears.

Scheduling fixes the timing problem, not the creative one. You still make the videos, but you make them when you have energy, and they go out at the hour your buyers are scrolling. A steady rhythm is easier for followers to remember, and it is easier for you to keep.

Prepare a week of videos in one sitting

Pick one quiet block of time each week. Film several short videos in a row while the lights and the products are already set up: a new arrival, a quick how to use, a packing video, an answer to a question buyers often ask. Batching saves the setup time you would otherwise repeat every day.

Write the captions in the same sitting. Keep the first line short and clear, add the few hashtags that really describe the product, and check the caption length before you schedule, because each channel counts characters its own way. Save everything in one folder so nothing gets lost on a busy day.

Choose times that match your buyers

Look at your own past posts and note when they got the most views and comments. Buyers who work office hours often scroll at lunch and in the evening, while parents may scroll late at night, but your shop has its own pattern and your numbers tell it better than any general list.

Start with two or three fixed times per week and keep them for a month before changing anything. Changing the schedule every few days makes it hard to tell which change actually helped.

How to schedule TikTok posts with qu3u3

qu3u3 is an app for scheduling social posts, on the web and on Android. Connect your TikTok account on the Connected accounts page, then open Write a post. Under Send to, pick your TikTok account, and if you like also your Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube accounts, so one post goes to every channel you choose.

Type the caption, upload the video, and choose when it publishes. Now sends it immediately. Schedule lets you pick a date and time, and the post publishes itself then. Queue puts the post in the next open slot of your weekly posting times. Before sending, the page lists anything that must be fixed, such as a caption that is too long.

Let the queue run your week

On the Calendar page, Weekly time slots sets the times when queued posts go out. Press Fill default schedule to start from a ready set of times, or add your own per day. Then write posts whenever you have time and send them to the Queue; each one takes the next free slot, so a full queue keeps posting for weeks.

The Queue page lists every post that has not gone out yet, soonest first. You can edit a waiting post, or cancel it to return it to draft. Once a post has started publishing it can no longer be changed there, and published posts appear in History, where Post again copies one into a new draft.

What it costs to start

The first social account in qu3u3 is free, with unlimited posts, the full queue, the calendar and analytics. Each extra account is billed per month, team members you invite are never charged, and no credit card is needed to start. Prepare one week of TikTok videos today, schedule them, and spend the time you save on your buyers.

The limits

Based on the qu3u3 help pages: Write a post, Queue, Calendar and Connected accounts. Each channel sets its own posting limits, which qu3u3 shows per account. Results on TikTok depend on your content and audience.
