Qu3u3 is operated by PT IZAAJA SOLUSI DIGITAL (an Indonesian sole-proprietor company), Jl. Marelan Raya 7 Pasar 1 Tengah, Medan Marelan, North Sumatra 20255, Indonesia. Qu3u3 publishes the content you write to the social media accounts you connect yourself — Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube — at the time you choose. Qu3u3 is a publishing tool. Qu3u3 is not a content agency, and is not part of any of those platforms.
Qu3u3 is a tool for businesses and creators. You must be at least 18 years old, or of full legal age in your country if that is higher, to create an account. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" in these terms means that company.
You are fully responsible for what you publish through Qu3u3, and for holding the rights to the photos, videos, music, and text inside it. You also confirm that you are genuinely entitled to manage the social media accounts you connect.
Keep your password confidential; turn on two-step authentication if your account is shared. If you invite team members, their actions count as your actions — which is why the app has roles, access limits, and a team change history.
Your captions, photos and videos remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, prepare them and publish them to the accounts you choose, at the time you choose — nothing more, and that permission ends when the content is deleted from Qu3u3. The Qu3u3 software, name, logo and website belong to PT IZAAJA SOLUSI DIGITAL; using the service does not transfer them to you.
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube each have their own terms, and they may reject, hold, or restrict your posts without telling us. Qu3u3 is not responsible for platform penalties arising from what you publish. We also make no promise of any particular reach, follower count, or sales figure.
One social media account is free forever, with no limit on the number of posts. The second and further accounts cost a price per account per month as shown on the Pricing section and on the app's Subscription page at the time you pay. Accounts added in the middle of a subscription period are charged only for the days left in that period. Prices include VAT, and payment is charged in Rupiah through Midtrans.
You can disconnect an account or cancel at any time. A paid account stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and after that there are no new charges. We do not refund a period already under way, unless the law requires it.
Prices may change. If they do, we tell you at least 30 days before your next bill, and you are free to cancel before the new price takes effect. Prices shown include Indonesian VAT where applicable. A price change never alters an invoice already issued. Payments on the web are processed by Midtrans. Purchases inside the Android app are processed by Google Play and follow Google Play's own refund rules; cancel those in the Google Play app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Nothing in this section removes refund or cancellation rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We retry the charge several times and email you each time it fails. After the final attempt your paid accounts are paused: the accounts are not disconnected and your schedule is not deleted, but posts for paid accounts stop publishing until payment succeeds. Your free account keeps running.
If a seller signs up through your referral link and pays their bill, you receive credit equal to the percentage shown on the Refer a Friend page, calculated after tax. Credit is valid only inside Qu3u3, is applied automatically to your own bills, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or moved to another account. If your friend's invoice is cancelled or refunded, the related credit is withdrawn as well. We may stop or change this programme at any time; credit already earned remains usable.
Do not use Qu3u3 for spam, fraud, hate speech, child sexual content, copyright infringement, or anything else unlawful under the law that applies to you or to us. Do not attempt to break into, overload, or reverse-engineer our service. We may suspend accounts that do so, and for serious cases we may do it without prior warning — you can still download your data and contact us. Do not use Qu3u3 in breach of the economic sanctions or export control laws that apply to you or to us.
We work to keep Qu3u3 running, but we do not promise it will be free of interruption. Publishing can be delayed by platform APIs, platform quotas, or system maintenance. We are not liable for indirect losses — for example lost sales because one post did not go out on time. Where a failure is our responsibility, our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
This limit does not apply to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to death or personal injury, or to consumer rights that your country's law does not allow to be excluded.
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published through Qu3u3 or because you broke these terms, you cover the reasonable losses and costs that result — to the extent your country's law allows. We tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
Neither of us is responsible for failing to perform while prevented by events outside reasonable control — natural disasters, war, epidemics, government action, widespread internet or power failures, or an outage at a platform or provider we depend on. We tell you as soon as we can and resume as soon as the event ends.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account inside the app or by email — see how to delete your account. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 9. When it ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and you keep the right to a copy of your data until then.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we settle it by discussion first; if that does not work within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts of Indonesia.
That choice of law does not reduce the consumer protections of the country where you live. If Malaysian, Philippine, Singaporean, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese or any other country's law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, those rights still apply, and you may use the courts or dispute bodies of your own country.
If these terms change materially, we tell you inside the app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop before the new terms take effect.
Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the prices shown in the app are the whole agreement between us about Qu3u3.
If one clause fails. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest still applies, and that clause is read as close to its intent as the law allows.
Transfer. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Qu3u3, and we will tell you first; your rights do not get smaller because of it. You may not transfer your account without our agreement.
Language. These terms are written in Indonesian and translated into English. If the versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails, unless the law of your country requires the version in your language to prevail.
